Since wearing my oral appliance, there are a couple of things that have actually improved.  My wife says that my snoring has definitely been reduced and even eliminated.  The second improvement seems to be more subtle.  I am more alert and rested in the morning.  This did not happen overnight, but seems to have accumulated with my use of the device over time.   I feel more alert in the morning than I did two months ago. I tried to use a CPAP machine three times over the last couple of years.  Each time I felt I gave it a fair try of 2-3 weeks.  I found that I tossed and turned too much in my sleep to keep the mask in place and to keep the machine affect.  I’m not a big fan of the CPAP. Mark and his team have been great.  I have had good, informed visits with them and they have helped with my sleep apnea.
